Refund and Returns Policy

This policy explains how returns, refunds, and order issues are handled for orders placed on Peptolis.

No Returns on Peptide Products

Because of the nature of our products and the importance of maintaining supply chain integrity, we do not accept returns on peptide products. Once an order leaves our facility, we can no longer verify that it has been stored and handled under the conditions required to guarantee its integrity. This policy applies regardless of whether the product has been opened.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong compound or lot, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@peptolis.com with the following:

Your order number
Photographs of the damaged product and its packaging
A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement shipment or store credit at our discretion. Refunds for damaged or incorrect orders are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Reconstitution Supplies and Accessories

Unused, unopened reconstitution supplies (such as bacteriostatic water) and other non-compound accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are returned in their original packaging. This exception does not extend to peptide products, which are covered by Section 1 above.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled free of charge at any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and is instead subject to the terms of this policy. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@peptolis.com with your order number.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 business days of approval. Processing times beyond that point depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider and are outside our control.
